Grace Youth

Youth Ministry (6th-12th Grade)
Our mission for youth ministry at Grace is to understand and experience the joy that comes from relationship with Jesus. We believe that teens are a precious and necessary part of the body of Christ, and are capable of lasting spiritual vitality through the work of God in their life.

Thursday Night Youth Group:

Thursdays from 6-8pm at the Grace Church (9766 Waterman Road, Suite F)

At the moment you drop your student off, Youth Ministry begins with a time of fellowship and food (and simply put, a time for teens to be themselves). Afterwards, we break off for a time of group games, sharing experiences of our week, and then a lesson from the Bible that relates to the experience of life as a teenager in the present day. Around 7pm when we conclude, parents are encouraged to connect with Zac and Cari and share with them how the ministry and the church can best be a support role (or adjunct professor) for you as the parent.

Summer Camp

Over summer break our teenagers have been blessed to attend Hume Lake Christian Camp within Sequoia National Forest, about a 4-hour drive from Elk Grove.

Camp is June each year. Registration is open until in November.

We believe in families that worship and grow together, so our youth join us for our 10 am service on Sunday mornings.

On a Hike

On March 18th our youth group went on a 6 mile hike near Sly Park.  Check out the video of the “millions” of lady bugs they saw on the trail.
