What to Expect

Visiting a church for the first time is not easy! Some things feel at home; some things may feel very foreign. At Grace, we hope that, despite all that, you would experience the two most important things in the world, in sweet, powerful abundance:

Our Sunday Worship Service
- 10 am

We preach the gospel, we pursue a fairly simple structure to our worship services. We joyfully worship God in:

  • Reading His Word
  • Singing His praises
  • Praying to Him
  • Listening to His Word
  • Preaching His Word

In our worship we answer His call, to come before Him again. And in answering His call, He joyfully shapes and equips us, in order to send us back out again, on His glorious mission.

Giving

We do not have a moment in our worship service where we “pass the plate”. Nor do we ask guests to give. At the same time, this congregation is fully supported by the congregation; we have no other source of income. So we ask members and regular attenders to give as the Lord would lead you and as you can give joyfully, without compunction or obligation. Folks can give online or via the small wood box in the main hallway.

Children

Children

You’ll find our Nursery at the end of our main hallway. Children beyond the nursery up to fifth grade are welcome to attend Children’s Church. Kids are dismissed for this about half-way through our worship service. However, all children, regardless of age, are welcome to worship with their parents throughout our worship service. This is because

  • Kids hear more than we realize
  • Kids love to hear their parents belt out the songs
  • It’s great when both parents and kids can talk about the same Bible passages

In short, it’s up to you, parents! We want to provide you with what you think is best for your child, at their stage of development.
