Grace Church's Fireworks Booth
Fireworks, Grace Church, and You!
Grace Church’s fireworks booth (mostly) funds our teens summer camp experience. It’s a great way to serve the youth group, while getting to know folks in our community, and one other.
This is the informational reference page for all things fireworks booth.
When: The booth runs from 7:30 am, Friday June 28, until (Lord willing) we sell out in the early evening of July 4th.
Where: In front of Bel Air grocery, at the corner of Elk Grove Blvd. and Waterman Rd.
Who: Dan Russell is leading this effort. Questions about anything? Contact Dan at 916-204-0859. If you cannot catch Dan (due to his feet never touching the ground), see Jennifer Sunseri, Cari Adams or Pastor Jed.
How: The governing principle of the fireworks booth is “many joyful hands make light work.”
For the “peoply” people: To sign-up to sell, please enter your name in an open slot here: Fireworks Sign-up
Then watch the selling video provided by TNT here: Training (This starts with a Google form where you put in your name and email. Select Aaron Crawford as our Area Manager. Then you are given access to videos to sell and use discounts and coupons.)
For the non-peoply grunts – here is your time to shine: To prevent theft, fireworks must be kept in a separate storage container. We unload the storage container at 7:30 am every morning, and we reload it every evening between 8 and 8:30 pm.
What about Sunday? Let each one be convinced in his own mind. If you would like to serve on Sunday, praise God. And if no one does and we don’t open until after church, God will provide for that, too. Only let all of us do what we do in joyful faith.
